Rishabh Pant Injury Update: A good news has come for the Indian cricket team before the Pune test match. Team India's star wicketkeeper-batsman Rishabh has become completely fit and he will be seen in action in the second Test match to be played in Pune. Let us tell you, while keeping wickets in the Bengaluru Test, Pant was hit by the ball in the same place on his knee, which was operated upon after the accident.

Rishabh Pant has become fit

Team India's star wicketkeeper batsman will now be seen playing in the Pune Test. It is being told that Pant is completely fit. According to a report, Rishabh Pant felt pain after taking the injection on the second day of the Indian innings. However, Rishabh Pant is now completely healthy and is available for the second Test starting from October 24 in Pune.

However, BCCI has not yet given any update on this. In Pant's absence, Dhruv Jurel took over the responsibility of wicketkeeping. But, now that Pant is fit, he will obviously be included in the playing-eleven.

When was the injury?

In the first Test match played between India and New Zealand, Rishabh Pant got injured in the 37th over of the Kiwi team's innings. Ravindra Jadeja was bowling and Kiwi opener Devon Conway was on strike. Conway went to drive Jaddu's off stump ball but the ball missed his bat and went straight to Pant's knee.

As soon as the ball hit, Pant fell on the ground and started moaning loudly. The physio of the Indian team immediately came running to see Pant. The treatment given by the physio did not reduce his pain and he was not in a position to stand properly and had to leave the field.

Pant played an inning of 99 runs

Even though Rishabh Pant could not do anything special in the first innings in the Bengaluru Test like other players, he showed an amazing performance in the second innings. He had a strong partnership with Sarfaraz Khan and scored 99 runs. However, the Indian team could not win that match. Now the second test of the series will be played from October 24, in which Team India will take the field with the intention of making a comeback at any cost.
