Hellbound 2: Moon Geun Young looks unrecognizable as Ms Sunshine; ‘attempted the most drastic transformation’

On October 25, Hellbound is scheduled to premiere a new season. Viewers are excitedly anticipating season 2 to see the characters’ adventure as D-day approaches. Moon Geun Young, who will be joining the group for the upcoming season, shared her transformation and gave a much-needed look into her character.

During the press conference for Hellbound season 2, she stated, “I attempted the most drastic transformation since my debut. I wore so much makeup that I could hardly recognize myself.”

“Director Yeon Sang Ho offered me such an intriguing role, and I was overjoyed,” she continued.

“I worked hard with great excitement,” Moon Geun Young mentioned with conviction.

She will portray Miss Sunshine, a regular lady who grew enamored with the religion after joining Arrowhead as a teacher. She becomes the leader of the cult, which is made up of a number of radicals who follow the “new truth,” thanks to her passion.

The resurrection of Jeong Jin Soo, the head of the New Truth Society, will be featured in the fresh season of Hellbound. The way that this civilization and the Arrowhead faction progressively converge in a new struggle will be interesting to know.

Kim Sung Cheol, who will play Jeong Jin Soo, will be the star of this new season. Yoo Ah In, who was fired from Hellbound 2 for allegedly using illegal drugs, has previously portrayed the character.
