Massive blast in Jabalpur's ordnance factory, 13 injured and two employees killed in the accident

On Tuesday morning, a fire broke out while boiling out the Pichyora bomb in the F6 section of Ordnance Factory Khamaria in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. About 12 to 13 people were working in the building when the blast occurred. Everyone was injured in the accident. All the injured have been sent to Mahakaushal Hospital, where their treatment is going on.

Doctors told that they have been referred to Mahakaushal Hospital, their names are Shyamlal and Randhir. The condition of both is critical, those with minor injuries are also being treated. At the same time, there is a possibility that many employees are still buried under the debris. Relief rescue work is going on.

The entire building blew up in the explosion

According to the information received, there was a blast in building number 201 of F6 section at Ordnance Factory Khamaria at 10:45 am on Tuesday, in which according to preliminary information, two employees were seriously injured, who have been taken to Mahakaushal Hospital in Jabalpur for treatment. One worker died during the incident. Thousands of powder bombs are produced in this factory building which is used by the Indian Air Force. The entire building was blown away in the accident.

Weapons are made for the Indian Army in the factory

The employees who were hit by the blast in the Ordnance Factory of Jabalpur have been sent to the nearby Mahakoshal Hospital, where they are being treated. Jabalpur Ordnance Factory was established during the British rule. Its objective was to produce arms and ammunition for the Indian Army. After independence, this factory was nationalized and came under the Government of India.
