Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi's entry into electoral politics, road show before nomination from Wayanad.

Desk: Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi will file nomination papers on Wednesday for the by-election to be held on Wayanad Lok Sabha seat. She had reached Wayanad on Tuesday itself for nomination and is staying in Sultan Bathery. This is the first time that Priyanka Gandhi is contesting elections. Grand preparations were made for his nomination.

Sonia Gandhi has also reached Wayanad. By-election is being held in Wayanad due to vacancy of seat after Rahul Gandhi's victory and Congress has made Priyanka Gandhi its candidate from here. Priyanka Gandhi is entering parliamentary politics from here.
