Delhi: The Supreme Court today seemed very angry with the Central and State Governments regarding the level of pollution which has become serious in NCR. A three-judge bench of the Supreme Court has strongly reprimanded the central government as well as the Punjab and Haryana governments for not taking the issue of pollution seriously. Also asked the Center why they are not implementing environmental protection laws.
