The court should not get involved in matters of faith. The law does not apply here.

β€œOften cases come to us, but we are not able to reach a solution. Something similar happened during Ayodhya (Ram Janmabhoomi-Babri Masjid dispute), which was in front of me for 3 months. I sat before God and told him that he has to find a solution,” CJI Chandrachud said when he reached his native village Kanhersar in Khed taluka of Pune.
