Paneer – 1 cup
Bread Slice – 8
Curd – 1/2 cup
Gram flour – 2 tbsp
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp

Chopped capsicum (green, red, yellow) – 1 cup
Green coriander chopped – 1/4 cup
Chopped green chilli – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
Cumin powder – 1/2 tbsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Mango powder – 1 teaspoon
Garam masala – 1/4 tsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
Paneer pieces – 4
Ghee/butter – 2 tbsp
Green Chutney – 1/2 cup
Salt – as per taste

How to make Tandoori Paneer Sandwich
To make flavourful Tandoori Paneer Sandwich, first of all we will prepare the stuffing to fill the sandwich. For this, first of all take cheese and cut it into small pieces. After this, chop capsicum, coriander chilli and carrot finely. Now take a bowl and add 1 tablespoon oil in it. After this, add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, cumin powder, dry mango powder and prepare the paste by stirring with a spoon.

After mixing everything well, add gram flour, curd, green coriander leaves in the bowl and mix all the ingredients by beating the mixture well. Then add finely chopped capsicum, carrot and cheese pieces to this mixture. Finally add salt as per taste and mix everything with hands so that the cheese does not break.
