Tejashwi Yadav Salary Scam: Assembly elections are going to be held in Bihar. Regarding this, the political temperature has already become high in the state. The round of allegations and counter-allegations continues between the party and the opposition. Meanwhile, JDU has made serious allegations against Leader of Opposition Tejashwi Yadav. JDU has presented a 700-page document before the State Election Commission accusing Tejashwi of salary scam and is demanding cancellation of his membership.
JDU accuses Tejashwi of salary scam
Let us tell you that a case is already going on against Lalu family regarding land for job and fodder scam. Because of which Lalu family remains on the radar of ED, CBI. Meanwhile, JDU has accused Tejashwi of salary scam. Actually, this entire matter is being told of the year 2015-2020. JDU alleges that during this period, Tejashwi had greatly understated his salary and had hidden its true information from the people.
700 pages document handed over to Election Commission
Accusing Tejashwi, JDU spokesperson Neeraj Kumar said that he has shown his salary of Rs 89 lakh in five years, whereas he has given Rs 4 crore as loan to people. While submitting a 700-page affidavit to the Election Commission, JDU said that in 2015, Tejashwi had shown his annual income of Rs 5.60 lakh, but at that time he had given a loan of Rs 1.13 crore to the people.

Will Tejashwi Yadav's membership go away?
In 2020, Tejashwi declared his annual income as Rs 1.41 lakh. This means that his income per month is Rs 11,812. While stating this income, JDU raised questions that the minimum salary of any MLA is Rs 40 thousand. Then how did Tejashwi show his income of Rs 11 thousand? In its complaint, JDU has demanded action against Tejashwi under Section 123 (2).
Tejashwi Yadav ready for investigation – RJD
Responding to the salary scam accused by JDU on Tejashwi, RJD spokesperson Rishi Mishra said that Tejashwi Yadav is loved by the youth and ED, CBI, Election Commission are all behind him. JDU itself had raised questions on the fake degree of Samrat Chaudhary, but now it is not being investigated. JDU should get it investigated first. We are ready for investigation, get the investigation done.
