Ingredients to make Dhokla Sandwich
1 cup semolina
1 cup curd
2 green chillies
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Curry leaf
half teaspoon mustard seeds
a pinch of asafoetida
salt as per taste
1 small tomato
half cup cheese
Half cup finely chopped capsicum and onion

Dhokla Sandwich Recipe
-First of all prepare the Dhokla batter.
-To make this, mix semolina, curd, green chilli, salt, turmeric powder and lemon juice in a bowl.
– Beat the batter well.
– Grease the pan with oil and turn the batter to cook it in steam.
-When the dhokla is cooked in steam, apply tadka on it.
-For seasoning, heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds in it. Also add green chilli, curry leaves and asafoetida. – Sprinkle lemon juice while applying tadka on dhokla.
-Now prepare the filling of the sandwich.
-To make the filling, chop the vegetables finely.
-Cut the prepared dhokla into desired shape, fill vegetable filling in the middle and place another piece of dhokla on top. Dhokla sandwich is ready, which is not only delicious but also healthy.
