Hyderabadi Paneer is prepared by mixing curry leaves, lemon and milk. So let us know what is its recipe.

Ingredients to make Hyderabadi Paneer
250 grams cheese
half cup milk
Curry leaf
half teaspoon ground turmeric
Cumin
2 cloves
1 inch piece of ginger
refined oil
2-3 chopped onions
1 teaspoon lemon juice
half chilli red chilli powder
1 spoon desi ghee
salt as required
1 teaspoon black pepper masala
5 cloves garlic
dried red chilli

Hyderabadi Paneer Recipe
-First of all dry roast cumin, cloves, black pepper, sesame seeds and red chilli in a pan.
-Then grind these spices in a grinder jar and make powder.
-After grinding the spices, put oil in a wide bottomed vessel and heat it.
– Add square pieces of cheese in it and fry.
-Now once again heat oil in another wide bottomed vessel.
-As soon as the oil is hot, add curry leaves and onion to it.
-Fry for a few minutes until the onion turns golden.
-Now add ground fresh spices to it. Add crushed ginger and garlic also.
-Fry well and add milk. Cook for a few minutes and finally add the cheese pieces.
-Add lemon juice and cook on low flame. Delicious Hyderabadi Paneer Curry is ready, serve with hot roti or rice.
