Uncle will remain in jail till his last breath, had done a disgusting act with a 6 year old innocent child, found guilty in the court

An accused of rape has been declared guilty in Alwar, Rajasthan. Here the POCSO court has sentenced the accused uncle, who raped a 6-year-old girl, to life imprisonment till his last breath. Along with this, the court has also ordered to provide assistance of Rs 5 lakh to the victim. The court has given this decision within just 9 months. This also shows the speed of the judicial process.

According to government advocate Roshan Deen Khan, an FIR was lodged in Alwar city police station on January 22, 2024, in which a 6-year-old girl was raped by a young man who appeared to be her uncle. The incident happened when the girl was returning home from school. The accused took the girl to his room and raped her. Hearing the girl's scream, her mother reached the spot and the accused ran away from there.

The rapist will serve life imprisonment

The police took immediate action and registered an FIR, arrested the accused and presented the challan in the court. During the hearing, witnesses and documents were presented by the prosecution. The FSL report also came positive, which confirmed the case.

Behind bars till my last breath

After this, the court, hearing the arguments of both the parties, sentenced the accused to life imprisonment till his death. The government advocate said, this decision will send a strong message to the society and there will be fear of law among the criminals. After this decision the victim's family heaved a sigh of relief.
