Make raspberry Imarti with jaggery instead of sugar, Diwali festival will become special

Everyone gets lost in the sweetness of the syrup mixed in every wrap. If you avoid eating sweets then you can easily make it at home with jaggery instead of sugar. Let us know about its very easy recipe.

Material

1 cup- urad (washed)

  • 200 grams- jaggery (ground)
  • 1/4 cup rice
  • 1 pinch- saffron
  • edible orange color
  • rose essence
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  • Oil

method of making

  • First of all, soak urad dal and rice for 40-45 minutes.
  • After this, take out both the things from water and grind them. Also prepare the solution by adding food color and a little water.
  • Now pour 2 cups of water in a pan and add jaggery to it and prepare the syrup.
  • Add saffron, rose essence and cardamom powder to it and cook the syrup.
  • Now heat oil in a pan. – Then pour 1 ladle of batter in a muslin cloth, hold it tightly from above and make a very thin hole in the lower part of the cloth.
  • Then make it in hot oil with the help of traditional designed Imari clothes. Now fry it till it becomes golden brown from both the sides and then take it out and put it in jaggery syrup.
  • Leave the Imarti like this for about 20-25 minutes. After this serve it hot
