Peas Kheer Recipe

75 grams khoya

80 grams sugar

15 grams chopped almonds

10 grams chopped pistachios

750 ml milk

75 grams ghee

15 grams chopped cashews

20 grams raisins

5 grams ground green cardamom Step 1 Roast the dry fruits

Heat ghee in a pan, add finely chopped pistachios, cashews, almonds, raisins and fry for some time.

Step 2 Cook the Milk

Pour milk into a clean pan and cook on medium flame until it reduces to half. Also, in a separate pan fry the khoya till it leaves oil on the sides.

Step 3 Cook the Pea Puree

Now heat desi ghee in a separate pan, when it becomes hot, add green pea puree to it and cook for 5-6 minutes. Add pea puree, khoya, sugar to the milk mixture and cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes.

Step 4 Ready to serve

Now add cardamom powder along with roasted dry fruits. Mix and serve hot or cold kheer as per your choice.
