Results of last three assembly elections

Talking about Gandeya assembly seat, elections were held here for the first time in 1977. For the first time, Janata Party won this seat. At the same time, if we talk about the last three assembly elections, Congress won this seat in 2009, BJP won this seat in 2014 due to Modi wave and JMM won this seat in 2019. Sarfaraz Ahmed resigned from this seat in 2024, after which Kalpana Soren won the by-election. At the same time, once again Kalpana is entering the electoral fray.
