President Emmanuel Macron: President Macron said – France will give a package of 100 million euros to help Lebanon

President Emmanuel Macron : France will provide an aid package to help people displaced in Lebanon due to the war between Hezbollah terrorists and Israel. According to reports, French President Emmanuel Macron told an international conference on Thursday that his country will provide an aid package of 100 million euros ($108 million) to help Lebanon. Macron said that “urgently, there is a need for massive assistance for the Lebanese population, both for the millions of people displaced by the war and for the communities that shelter them.”

The war between Hezbollah and Israel has displaced more than one million people in Lebanon and left 2,500 dead, while the economic crisis has also deepened. The United Nations has stated the need for assistance of $ 426 million for Lebanon. Italy this week announced new aid worth 10 million euros to Lebanon, while Germany on Wednesday pledged 60 million euros to help people in Lebanon. Macron condemned Israel for continuing military operations in Lebanon.
