Diwali Gift: Power cut will remain zero till 15th November, people of the state got a gift before Diwali.

As a Diwali gift, the government is announcing no power cuts from 28 October to 15 November. The people of the state are very happy with this. CM Yogi Adityanath made many important announcements regarding major festivals like Diwali and Chhath.

He said that special attention should be paid to law and order. There are many festivals in the month of November and December like Dhanteras, Ayodhya Deepotsav, Diwali, Govardhan Puja, Bhaidooj and Chhath. Apart from this, there are many festivals like Panchkosi, 14 Kosi Parikrama, Kartik Purnima Snan. During this period, peace, security and good governance should be ensured.

The entire team of UP government including police and administration will remain alert 24 hours. The CM further said that 24-hour uninterrupted power supply should be ensured in the entire state from October 28 to November 15. Necessary preparations should be made by the Power Corporation in this regard.

This year, a grand Ayodhya Deepotsav is to be organized on 30 October. This is the first festival of lights after the consecration of Lord Ram. In such a situation, security arrangements and crowd management arrangements should be better in both the important events.

All necessary preparations should be completed on time. Cleanliness should be ensured in rivers, reservoirs and ghats during Chhath Puja. Besides, traffic management should also be improved. Emergency health services and trauma services should continue uninterrupted. Be it village or city, doctors should be easily available everywhere. CM asked the administration to ensure compliance with the above rules.
