Fake court organized in Gujarat, decision in 500 cases in a year, fraud worth several crores of rupees

Latest News :- A fake judge who set up a fake court in Gujarat has been arrested. He has given verdict in more than 500 cases in a year. He has cheated the public of crores of rupees. Morris Samuel Christian (37) is a resident of Ahmedabad, Gujarat. He has set up a fake court in a rented building in Gandhinagar, the capital of Gujarat. He has publicly introduced himself as a judge of the Special Land Cases Tribunal.

Christian's fake lawyers have contacted petitioners in land related cases in various courts. He has promised to give the verdict in the special tribunal soon. Believing this, the public filed a petition in the court of fake judge Morris Samuel Christian. A fake judge is hearing the petitions of Christians just like in a real court. There are heated debates in his court every day and after listening to all the arguments, Christian has been giving the verdict in his favor. Since 2019, he has organized a mock court in Gandhi Nagar.

A few years ago, Babuji had filed a petition in a fake Christian court regarding a land matter. He was occupying government land worth Rs 200 crore. Babuji demanded that the land be registered in his name as he has been living on government land for almost 50 years. Associate Justice Christian has received a huge amount from petitioner Babuji for hearing this case. After debate between the government and the petitioner, Christian ruled that the said government land belonged to Babuji. Babuji has given the decision in this regard to Ahmedabad Collector. But the collector did not take any action.

After this, Babuji's case is pending in Ahmedabad Law Court. In the petition, he had attached a copy of Christian's fake court decision and demanded that government land worth Rs 200 crore be transferred in his name. Court Registrar Hardik Desai became suspicious after seeing the copy of the judgment and lodged a complaint at the police station. When the police investigated, the illegal activities of the fake judge Morris Samuel Christian were revealed. He was arrested just a few days ago.

Police said: Fake judge Christian has given verdicts just like the real court. He has committed big frauds for about 5 years without getting caught in the police net. He has received Rs 30 lakh from Babuji for the trial. Christian has adjudicated over 500 cases a year. He has assets worth crores of rupees in his name. He has acquired about 100 acres of land in his name from government and public land. He has extorted crores of rupees from people. We are still investigating it. Police said.
