Health Corner :- Often a person's mind is filled with anger, he starts getting angry at every thing and due to this anger, he takes many steps which he later regrets, so I want to tell you that if you get very angry. If so, then keep doing this, it will control your anger and you will not cause any harm.

First of all, when you feel angry, sit down to watch a movie. If you concentrate on that movie, your anger will calm down quickly and you will start enjoying that movie.

If you feel angry then pick up one of your favorite books and sit down to read it and get so engrossed in it that you don't even remember that you are angry, so if you keep reading, your anger will calm down quickly.

If you get very angry, then why don't you get angry then do one thing, go to a place where you and your mind get a lot of peace, which will calm your anger.
