In the Porsche car accident case of Pune, Dr. Ajay Tower of Sassoon Hospital, Dr. The local court was informed that Pune Police has been given permission by the state government to take action against Srihari Halnor and Atul Ghatkamble.
Two IT professionals traveling on a two-wheeler were killed in a collision with a Porsche car driven by a drunken minor in Pune’s Kalyaninagar area on the morning of May 19.
Taware, Halnor and Ghatkamble are accused of being involved in altering the minor’s blood sample to generate a negative alcohol test.
Special government lawyer Shishir Hiree said that we have taken approval from the state government because approval is necessary to frame charges or take action against a government employee. Along with the three accused, the minor’s parents and two middlemen are also in jail.
