NOC required for concert

Evacuation plan- should be approved by Delhi Fire Service and after that NOC should be obtained from Delhi Police. But when News24 asked Delhi Police about the permission given to the concert 24 hours before the concert, it came to light that the 'Dil-Luminati Tour 2024' show has not yet been given a no-objection certificate by the Delhi Police and Without the NOC of Delhi Police, neither fire safety NOC can be given for the event nor traffic NOC can be issued.

Will Diljit's concert get the green signal?
In such a situation, when only 24 hours are left for Diljit Dosanjh's India tour to begin and the organizers – Ripple Effect Studio and Saregama Global have not yet received NOC to approve the event in the capital Delhi, will the show be held the next day? Or not? This question has arisen. And if the No Objection Certificate is not received at the last moment, then those who bought tickets for the show at such high prices will have no option but to return empty handed from the event.

Where is the matter stuck?
It is being told that the organizers had submitted applications to different departments of Delhi Government for all the permissions related to the show 40 days ago.
