New problem again in Telegram, said- content will be blocked

Earlier the company had completely denied this data leak, but after the company's confirmation this news was also confirmed. In which it was said that an official of his company was involved in the data leak. Telegram later became the host in this data leak because the entire game of data leak was done through Telegram bot only.

Telegram's court statement

Telegram told the Madras High Court on Friday that they cannot monitor all the accounts that operate bots. It also said that only those controversial content which have been identified and reported can be blocked. Let us tell you that on September 20, a hacker used Telegram chatbots and a website to leak the data of Star Health, which included people's biometric identity cards and medical claim papers.

Star Health appealed to the court

Just last month, Star Health had approached the Madras High Court and was reached there today with an order to remove all bots related to Telegram. At the hearing on Friday, Telegram told the lawyer that keeping an eye on all chatbots would be a violation of Indian law. Telegram also agreed to this and will remove the data if support is received from the company. Madras High Court judge Kumaresh Babu on Friday directed the insurance company to provide information about the disputed chatbots to Telegram and also ordered the social media app to block them.
