After facing a humiliating 113-run defeat to New Zealand in the three-match test series in Pune, India’s chances of reaching the World Test Championship (WTC) final for the third consecutive time has taken a massive hit.
Fans are now getting concerned whether India will qualify for the final for the third consecutive time. Even though the team was sitting at the top spot in the points table for the WTC, the loss in Pune has not brought the team down the top place, but has had a major effect on the position on the standings.
