Diwali special recipe of Shakkarpare, the eaters will say – Wow!

This Diwali, if you do not want to leave any stone unturned in welcoming the guests, then you can make crispy Shakkarpara like Halwai at home today itself. Making them is not only very easy. The special thing is that with the help of this special recipe, you can make them and store them for a month. Let us know its easy recipe-

Know the ingredients to make Shakkarpara

Flour- 500 grams
Desi Ghee- 100 grams
Sugar- 400 grams
Water- 150 ml
Cardamom powder- 1/4 teaspoon
Oil- for frying

 

Know how to make it

To make Shakkarpare, first take flour in a big vessel and add ghee to it and mix well.

Now add water little by little and knead a soft dough. The dough should neither be too hard nor too soft.

After this, keep the kneaded dough covered for 15-20 minutes.

Then break the dough into small pieces and knead each piece lightly and roll it on a rolling pin.

Cut the rolled dough into desired shapes with a knife. You can cut it in round, triangle or diamond shape.

Now heat oil in a pan and fry the cut dough pieces on low flame until they turn golden.

After this, take out the fried Shakkarpara one by one in a plate.

Then put sugar and water in a pan, put it on gas and cook it till the sugar dissolves completely.

Add cardamom powder to it, mix it and then when the syrup becomes thick, turn off the gas.

Now dip the fried Shakkarpars in sugar syrup and after some time, take them out and spread them on a plate.

After this, let the Shakkarpara cool completely and then after it cools down, store it in an airtight container.
