New Expressway: Ghaziabad to Kanpur will reach in 5 hours, this expressway will become the lifeline of 9 districts

This expressway to be built from Ghaziabad to Kanpur will connect 9 districts. This includes Ghaziabad, Hapur, Bulandshahr, Aligarh, Kasganj, Farrukhabad, Kannauj, Unnao and Kanpur districts.

It will be connected to Greenfield Expressway

The most special thing about this expressway is that it will be a greenfield expressway. Industrial centers will also be established here.

Expressway will be of 4 lanes

According to the information, initially it will be a 4-lane expressway, which can later be expanded to 6 lanes.

Where will it be added?

Its northern end will be connected to NH-9 (Ghaziabad-Hapur Highway), while the southern end will be connected to the 62.7 km long Kanpur-Lucknow Expressway.

It will be connected to Meerut Expressway.

Earlier it was to be built from Hapur to Kanpur but it was changed. A 60 km long connector road will be built to connect Hapur to the expressway. This expressway will also be connected to Meerut Expressway in Hapur.

After the construction of the expressway between Ghaziabad and Kanpur, access to many cities of UP from Delhi-NCR will become easier. The construction work of this expressway is going on. According to media reports, it is expected to be completed by 2026.
