Mobile News Desk – Reliance Jio has announced a big cut in the price of its Jio Bharat 4G phones on the occasion of Diwali. Jio Bharat K1 Carbon and Jio Bharat V2 models of Jio Bharat series can now be purchased at 30 percent lower price i.e. for just Rs 699 instead of Rs 999. The company is promoting it as a Diwali offer and it has been made available for a limited time. Along with this offer, a special monthly recharge plan has also been introduced for Jio Bharat 4G phones. Now on recharge of just Rs 123, users will get unlimited voice calls and 14 GB data throughout the month. Jio says that this plan is 40 percent cheaper than other operators, because for feature phones on other networks, a recharge of Rs 199 has to be done every month, which is Rs 76 more expensive than Jio's Rs 123 plan.

Jio Bharat 4G is specially designed for customers shifting from 2G to 4G network. This phone also has features like watching more than 455 live TV channels, watching highlights of JioCinema, making digital payments and scanning QR codes.
