Ingredients for making radish leaves vegetable

Radish leaves – 1/2 kg
Radish – 2
Onion – 2
Garlic – 8-10 cloves
Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek seeds – 2 tsp (optional)
Mustard – 1/2 tsp
Fennel – 1/2 tsp
Steep red chillies – 5-6
Oil – as per requirement
Salt – as per taste

How to make radish leaves vegetable

To make radish leaves vegetable, first take radish leaves and wash them thoroughly. After this chop them finely. Now take radishes and cut them into small pieces. Cut onion and garlic clove into fine pieces. Now add 2 tablespoons oil in a pan and heat it. After the oil is hot, add cumin, fenugreek seeds, mustard and fennel and fry for a few seconds and add tempering.

After frying for a few seconds, add ginger-garlic paste and cook. After some time, add finely chopped onion and garlic and fry. These have to be fried until the color of the onion turns light pink. After this, add chopped radish to the spices and fry.
