Milind Deora is ready to challenge Aditya Thackeray in Worli

Latest News :- In a major upset in the Maharashtra elections, it has been announced that Milind Deora will contest from Shiv Sena against Aditya Thackeray in Worli constituency. Milind Deora, who was known to be a prominent figure in the Congress party, left the party due to resentment and recently joined the Eknath Shinde-led Shiv Sena. In this situation, the party leadership decided to let him, who is a Rajya Sabha MP, contest the Mumbai Legislative Assembly elections.

Shiv Sena (UPD) general secretary and Uddhav Thackeray's son Aditya Thackeray is contesting from Worli constituency. There, Shiv Sena led by Eknath Shinde was seriously considering fielding a strong candidate to give him a serious challenge. In such a situation, it has been announced that Milind Deora will contest elections against Aditya Thackeray. Aditya Thackeray, who contested from Worli constituency in 2019, was elected MLA for the first time. Sandeep Deshpande of Maharashtra Navnirman Sena is also contesting from Worli constituency, leading to a triangular contest there.
