Xiaomi 15 Series Launch Date : Xiaomi has confirmed the launch date of its flagship Xiaomi 15 series. The company is going to launch Xiaomi 15 and Xiaomi 15 Pro models under this series in the Chinese market on October 29. The company is going to introduce both the smartphones with many changes. At the same time, after China, both the flagship Xiaomi phones are expected to be launched in India and global markets in the coming days.

Some pictures of Xiaomi 15 shared by Xiaomi's Global VP show that these smartphones can get a display similar to Xiaomi 14 with square camera module, flat display and thin bezels. Also, the launch of a new color option Powder Blue has been confirmed in the pictures. The Xiaomi 15 is expected to feature a 6.36-inch flat AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and LTPO technology. The Xiaomi 15 Pro may feature a 6.78-inch quad-curved 2K AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, support for Dolby Vision, HDR10+, and wide DCI-P3 color gamut.
The base model is likely to feature a 50MP OV50H main camera, a telephoto lens with 3.2x optical zoom, and an ultra-wide sensor, while the Xiaomi 15 Pro will feature a 50MP Light Fusion 900 series primary camera, a 50MP telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom, and macro capability. And a 50MP ultra-wide sensor can be found. Both devices can have a 32MP front camera for selfies. Both Xiaomi 15 series smartphones can come with Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and can have Adreno GPU for better gaming experience. The base model may offer 12GB RAM and up to 1TB of storage while the Pro model may come with 16GB RAM.
If reports are to be believed, both Xiaomi 15 series phones in India may be more expensive by Rs 5,000 to Rs 10,000 than the previous models. Xiaomi 14 was launched by the company in India for Rs 69,999, accordingly the price of Xiaomi 15 is likely to be between Rs 75,000 to Rs 80,000. If the company follows the previous pattern, then Xiaomi 15 series may enter India in March 2025.
