But, Manisha alleges that Abhira is a clever and cunning woman who will manipulate Kaveri to get what she wants.
On the other hand, Abhira calls upon Akshara to show her the way as she does not wish to terminate her pregnancy. She feels like everything around her is a sign from God to keep the child. Just then, Vodya gets a call inquiring about why Mr and Mrs Poddar have yet to visit the hospital for their procedure. This worries Vidya as she thinks that Ruhi’s pregnancy has run into complications. Meanwhile, Manisha gets her hands on Abhira’s report. When she begins to open it, Kaveri interrupts and asks her to mind her business.

Making up her mind, Abhira decides to tell Armaan that she wishes to deliver her baby, not terminate it. However, she faints mid-sentence. After taking her to a hospital, Armaan learns that until Abhira is conscious, she cannot be operated on. At the Goenka house, Rohit and Ruhi visit Swarna and Manish. Surekha informs Ruhi that when they asked Armaan and Ruhi to join them on vacation, they refused. Ruhi gets furious at their attempts to include Abhira in their family.
At the hospital, Armaan prays to God to help Abhira gain consciousness. Soon after, Abhira comes to her senses and stops the doctor from going ahead with the procedure. She is adamant that she will deliver the baby safely. Frustrated at Abhira’s stubbornness, Armaan explains that Abhira does not understand that if anything happens to the mother, the child never ends up bonding with the father. In response, Abhira replies that just because it happened with Armaan does not mean it will happen with their child. Armaan remains angry at Abhira’s decision and refuses to talk to her.
