Coconut Barfi recipe

1 cup dry grated coconut
lost a cup
a cup of ghee
half cup sugar
cardamom powder
water to make syrup

To make coconut barfi, first put a vessel on the gas and prepare a thick syrup by adding sugar and water to it. Now you have to add grated dry coconut to this syrup and mix it well. Then add ghee and khoya to it and mix well. Keep stirring it with a ladle to ensure that there are no lumps in the mixture. Now add cardamom powder to it and mix well. When the mixture is mixed well, take it out in a plate. Put ghee in the plate beforehand. Now take out the mixture in a plate, spread it well and cut it in the shape of barfi. After doing this, put it in the freezer. So that your barfi gets frozen. Now you can serve it.

Milk cake recipe

one liter milk
two cups sugar
a cup of ghee
ground alum

To make milk cake, pour milk in a big pan and heat it. When the milk boils well, add two pinches of alum in it. The milk will curdle after some time of adding alum. Keep boiling the milk and cook until it thickens. When the milk becomes thick, add two cups of powdered sugar into it. Let it cook for a while. Then add ghee. Keep cooking this mixture on gas until the entire mixture becomes thick. When the color of the mixture changes, turn off the gas. Now take a plate and apply ghee properly on it. Then spread the mixture in it and keep it in the fridge to set. When it seems that the mixture has set well, then cut it in the shape of milk cake. As soon as you do this, your sweets are ready for serving.

Kalakand recipe

4 cups milk
2 teaspoon vinegar
1 cup milk
half cup powdered sugar
Ghee
cardamom powder
dry fruits

To make Kalakand at home, first of all pour milk in a vessel and put it on gas. Then when the milk becomes hot, add half a spoon of vinegar in it. So that your milk curdles immediately. Now take out chhena from the curdled milk and remove the extra water. Now boil fresh milk in another vessel, add chenna to it and keep stirring continuously until it becomes thick. Then add ghee, powdered sugar, cardamom powder to this milk and mix well. After this, take a plate and grease it with ghee. Then spread the mixture well in a plate and sprinkle dry fruits on top. Then keep it in the refrigerator for a few hours. Your delicious sweet Kalakand is ready to serve.
