On Sunday, Sunny Deol shared a beautiful photo of himself sitting next to his father, Dharmendra, on Instagram. In the photo, the Sholay star is seen wearing a brown shirt, blue dungarees, and his trademark hat. Accompanying the post, Sunny shared his thoughts in the caption: “PAPA missing u,” along with several red-heart emojis.

As soon as the post went live, Dharmendra’s fans were left worried. While some showed affection for the ‘He-Man of Bollywood,’ others expressed concern about the veteran actor’s health. Notably, the original Border was released on June 13, 1997, making today its 27th anniversary. On his Instagram, Sunny Deol posted a video featuring his voice saying, “27 years ago a soldier had promised that he would return. To fulfill that promise, to say my salaam to the soil of India, he has come.” The caption read, “A soldier is about to fulfill his 27 year old promise. India's biggest war film, #Border2.”
