Maharashtra elections: Swara Bhaskar's husband Fahad Ahmed leaves SP, will contest elections from Sharad Pawar's party

Maharashtra elections: Political excitement has increased regarding Maharashtra Assembly elections. Amidst all this, actress Swara Bhaskar's husband and SP leader Fahadh Ahmed left the party on Sunday and joined the Nationalist Congress Party (Sharad Chandra Pawar). Sharad Pawar's party has fielded him from Anushakti Nagar seat against Sana Malik of NCP (Ajit Pawar).

On this occasion, Fahad Ahmed said, I will first meet the leadership team and then I will say something. The ideology of NCP-SCP is not different from the ideology of Samajwadi Party. I would like to thank Sharad Pawar Saheb that he asked Akhilesh Yadav and said that we want to declare Fahad's name with the symbol of NCP-SCP.

Meanwhile, during a press conference, NCP-SCP leader Jayant Patil said, Fahad Ahmed is a well-educated young Muslim youth and has worked as a worker across the country. People want us to give a chance to such leaders. Earlier he was in Samajwadi Party, but we had a conversation and he joined our party. We gave him a ticket from our party from Anushakti Nagar constituency.

Elections in Maharashtra will be held in one phase
Elections will be held in one phase for 288 seats of Maharashtra Assembly. Voting will be held in Maharashtra on November 20 and counting of votes will take place on November 23. The election process in the state will be completed on November 25.
