  • Rice- 1 cup
  • Poha- 1/2 cup
  • Curd- 1/2 cup
  • Urad dal- 2 tbsp
  • Fenugreek seeds- 1 tsp
  • Sugar- 1/2 tsp
  • oil as per requirement

1- To make Dosa, first of all add rice, urad dal and fenugreek seeds to water in a vessel and stir well.
2- After this, wash the poha in another bowl.
3- Put the washed poha in the vessel containing rice and add 1 1/2 cups of water and soak for 4-5 hours.
4- After this, put the soaked rice and all the ingredients in the grinder jar.
5- Now make a paste by mixing curd and a little water. If you feel that the batter is getting thick then add some more water.
6- Now add sugar and salt to this batter and mix. Now leave it for about 10-12 hours.
7- To make dosa, heat a pan on medium flame. – First of all, apply some oil on the pan and grease it.
8- Now to make Dosa, spread the batter and make Dosa.
9- When the dosa becomes light golden brown, take it out and keep it aside.
10- You can serve hot dosa with coconut chutney.
