Latest News :- Union Home Minister Amit Shah has said that peace can be established in West Bengal only when infiltration from Bangladesh is stopped. He also said that if BJP comes to power in West Bengal in 2026, then illegal infiltration from the neighboring country will be stopped. Home Minister Amit Shah today (Sunday) inaugurated a new passenger and cargo terminal at check point Burtpole on the India-Bangladesh border in West Bengal. Speaking after this, Amit Shah took the Trinamool Congress party to task. He appealed to bring political change in the state in 2026.

The Home Minister said, “These posts play an important role in maintaining peace in the area. Illegal infiltration increases when border areas cannot be browsed legally. This affects the peace of the country. I appeal to the people of West Bengal to bring about change in 2026. Then the penetration ends and peace comes automatically. Peace will return to West Bengal only when infiltration from the neighboring country stops. Checkpoints play an important role in improving connectivity and relations between two countries. They also enhance trade relations between the two countries. Amit Shah said this.
