Tejashwi completed these three segments in 8 hours, 27 minutes and 32 seconds. Tejashwi has also participated in it in the year 2022. However, at that time he had completed only 90 km cycling segment. Tejashwi is an MP from Bengaluru South seat of Karnataka. He is also the national president of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha, the youth wing of BJP.

Were preparing for 4 months

It took 4 months to prepare for the Ironman Challenge. While sharing pictures of the challenge, Tejashwi wrote on Instagram – As a young country chasing big goals, we should focus on our fitness. Just by trying to stay fit, you become more disciplined and confident. This increases your chances of success. Fitness goals push your limits and make you a better person. This challenge puts one's stamina as well as mental and physical fitness to the ultimate test. In the last 4 months I worked hard to improve my fitness. I'm glad to have completed it.

People from 50 countries participated

Athletes and fitness enthusiasts from 50 countries participated, 60 percent of them first timers. More than 120 contestants working in the Central and State Government also participated, of which about 12 to 15 percent were women. At the same time, more than 60 percent participants were participating for the first time.
