-2 packets Maggi noodles

-7-8 Steam Momos

-1 onion

-1 capsicum

-2 chopped green chillies

-one teaspoon red chilli

-one teaspoon black pepper

-2 packets Maggi Masala

-2 spoons Schezwan sauce

-mayonnaise

-Momo Chutney

-coriander leaves

-Ajwain

-Cream

How to make Maggi Momos
To make Maggi Momos, first put butter in a pan and heat it. Now add chopped green chilli, onion and capsicum in the pan and fry. After some time, add red chili powder, black pepper powder, salt, Maggi masala in the pan and fry everything for about a minute. Now add water to this spice paste and cook till it boils. After this, add Maggi noodles to the pan, cover the pan and cook. When you feel that Maggi is half cooked, add Schezwan sauce, mayonnaise, momos chutney and cream and stir everything well.
