Passengers are forced to travel long distances by hanging at the gate, sitting in the train toilet, or making swings made of cloth. . He tried to sit in the general coach, but there were so many passengers hanging at the gate that it became difficult to enter inside. Even three passengers were seen sitting in the toilet, who were hiding their faces from the camera due to shyness. Dharmendra Hariyale, who was going from Pune to Bhopal, said that due to not getting the reservation confirmation, he had to travel in the general coach. And they are traveling standing near the gate. Rishabh, a resident of Mathura, said that he was going home to celebrate Diwali and was traveling on a general ticket due to not getting a confirmed ticket. He told that despite asking for a seat from TT, the seat was not available. The conditions in the sleeper coach were also like that of the general coach, where one had to struggle a lot to enter.
