The Employment Fair underscores PM Modi’s focus on employment as a driver of youth empowerment and nation-building. Spanning 40 locations across India, the event connects young recruits with roles in various Central Government Ministries and Departments, including Revenue, Higher Education, Home Affairs, Defence, and Health and Family Welfare.
Training for Success with 'Karmayogi Prarambh'
Recruits will receive foundational training through ‘Karmayogi Prarambh,’ an online module on the iGOT Karmayogi portal. With over 1,400 e-learning courses, the module will equip them with essential skills to serve in their roles efficiently, promoting the vision of ‘Viksit Bharat.’

By holding Rozgar Melas across India, the government continues its mission of expanding employment opportunities. These appointments will enable the youth to play active roles in the country’s future, strengthening PM Modi’s commitment to a skilled and productive workforce.
