PM Modi gave a big gift to Chhattisgarh: The state's first Naturopathy Center will be built in Raipur, Super Specialty Hospital facility will be available in Bilaspur.

Bilaspur. On Dhanvantari Jayanti and 9th Ayurveda Day, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has given a big gift to Chhattisgarh. He started a project worth Rs 290 crore here. Participating in a virtual program in Chhattisgarh from Delhi's All India Institute of Ayurveda (AIIA), New Delhi, PM Modi inaugurated the super specialty hospital SIMS in Bilaspur and laid the foundation stone of the Central Yoga and Naturopathy Research Institute.

Hospital built in Bilaspur at a cost of Rs 200 crore

Bilaspur's super specialty hospital SIMS has been built at a cost of Rs 200 crore. It is being started with a facility of 240 beds. Regarding the hospital, Health Minister Shyam Bihari Jaiswal said that this hospital will be started in three phases. OPD will be started in the first phase, ward and ICCU in the second phase, dialysis unit and in the third phase, cath lab, OT, heart and lung machines will be started and in the fourth phase the hospital will be completely ready. With the opening of this super specialty hospital in Bilaspur, patients of Surguja and Bilaspur divisions will not need to come to Raipur and they will get better treatment facilities nearby.

State's first Naturopathy Center in Raipur

Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone of the 100-bed Central Research Institute of Yoga and Naturopathy (CRIYN) in Raipur in a virtual program. Health Minister Shyambihari said that this institute will be built at a cost of Rs 90 crore. 10 acres of land has been made available to the AYUSH department for this institute. This will be the first Yoga and Naturopathy Research Center and Hospital of Chhattisgarh.
