Adopt these simple measures to reduce fatigue from working for long hours
It has become common to work sitting for hours or travel long distances. But along with this, fatigue has also become a common problem. Fatigue not only affects your work but can also spoil your health.
Some easy ways to relieve fatigue:
- Get up every hour and move around a bit: If you work continuously while sitting, then get up once every hour and move around a bit. You can go near the window and get some fresh air or do some stretching.
- Drink water: Due to lack of water in the body, one feels tired. Therefore keep drinking water regularly.
- Light breakfast: If you are working for a long time then keep having light snacks in between. Such as fruits, curd or nuts.
