UP government announces two days holiday on Diwali, holiday will remain on November 1 also
UP Govt Announced Diwali Holiday: To double the happiness of Diwali, Uttar Pradesh government has increased the Diwali holiday to two days instead of one day. After this, there will be public holiday in the entire state on 31st October and 1st November. However, some conditions have also been kept for this. The UP government has replaced the holiday of 1st November with 9th November i.e. the Saturday holiday of 9th November has been cancelled. Now all government work will be done on Saturday 9th November and people will have to go to office.

Two days public holiday in UP
CM Yogi has said in the order that Diwali is being celebrated in UP on 31st October and 1st November. Considering that Diwali will be celebrated for two days, November 1 will also be a public holiday for Diwali. At the same time, due to the holiday received on 1st November, now the holiday of 9th November has been cancelled. All the employees will come to the office like every day on November 9 and do their work.

Preparation for grand festival of lights in Ayodhya
At the same time, enthusiasm is being seen among the people regarding the first Diwali in Ayodhya. A two-day long Diwali festival is being celebrated in the Ram temple. About 25 lakh lamps will be lit on the Saryu banks of Ayodhya. Preparations are being made to create a world record by lighting 25 lakh lamps. At the same time, on the day of Deepotsav, special types of lamps will be lit for Shri Ram temple so that there is no damage to the temple and the building. All the roads leading to Ram temple have been decorated. In view of Diwali, devotees will be able to visit the building from outside till 12 midnight from 29th October to 1st November.
