Interior Chinatown OTT Release Date: Jimmy O. Yang and Chloe Bennet starrer TV miniseries Interior Chinatown will soon make its long-awaited premiere on a renowned digital platform.
Based on Yu’s acclaimed 2020 release novel of the same name, the 10-episodic comedy-drama is all poised to the digital screens on November 10th, 2024.
From the said date, the upcoming series will become available for watching online on Disney + Hotstar, allowing fans to enjoy it right from the comfort of their homes. However, it is important to note here that a subscription to the OTT platform’s service will be required to enjoy the American satire show on the streamer.
Plot of the Web Series
Willis Wu, an Asian American man of Taiwanese descent stuck in Chinatown, is tired of portraying side characters in a procedural show organized by the police called Black and White.
Each day, the ambitious guy wakes up dreaming of playing the leading Kung Fu Guy someday, with his reality only offering him stereotypical pity roles such as a dead Asian man in the drama.
However, Wills’ monotonous life takes a dramatic turn when one day, he sees a crime unfolding right in front of his eyes, making him curious to know more about Chinatown’s underwork & its link with his family’s mysterious past. What happens next is the remaining story of the web series.
