Share Market Update: On October 30, the day of Chhoti Diwali, the Sensex is trading at the level of 80,166.90 with a fall of about 202.13 points. Whereas Nifty is trading at the level of 24,417.40 with a fall of 49.45 points.

Out of 30 Sensex stocks, 25 are declining and 5 are rising. Out of 50 stocks of Nifty, 36 are declining and 14 are rising. The biggest decline in the sectoral index of NSE is in the Pharma index. There has been a decline of about 1.50%.

Mixed business in Asian market

In the Asian market, Japan's Nikkei is up 1.25%. Whereas Korea's Kospi is down 0.70% and China's Shanghai Composite is down 0.14%.

On October 29, the US Dow Jones fell 0.36% to 42,233.05 and the S&P 500 rose 0.16% to 5,832.92. The Nasdaq closed 0.78% higher at 18,712.75.

According to NSE data, on October 29, foreign investors (FIIs) sold shares worth ₹16,057.19 crore. During this period, domestic investors (DIIs) bought shares worth ₹ 12,823.77 crore.

Share Market Update: The market was bullish yesterday

Yesterday on Dhanteras (29 October), the Sensex rose 948 points from the day's low of 79,421. After the day's trading, it closed at 80,369 with a gain of 363 points. Nifty also rose 326 points from the day's low of 24,140 and closed at 24,466 with a gain of 127 points.

Out of 30 Sensex stocks, 17 had a rise while 13 had a fall. Out of 50 Nifty stocks, 31 were up while 18 were down. There was no change in one share. Financial services stocks of NSE had the biggest rise.
