Rujuta gave 3 advices to those who drink openly. Rujuta told that those who drink alcohol openly, they must eat something before drinking. This will reduce the effect of alcohol slightly. Experts say that by drinking alcohol on an empty stomach, it gets absorbed in the lining of the stomach. From there, it directly enters the blood and forces you to lose consciousness.

Rujuta's second advice was to drink only the kind of alcohol you want. Don't think that vodka and whiskey are stronger than wine and beer. Actually, every alcohol causes harm. Rujuta also gave advice other than health. Said that if the courage to quarrel or propose someone comes from alcohol, then this courage is false.
