Learn spicy Paneer Samosa recipe

Paneer Samosa�रेसिपी : Almost everyone likes samosa. Samosa is a common dish for breakfast, but due to the oil being greasy, nowadays people avoid eating their favorite thing. Actually, everyone likes samosas and pakodas but they are fried in oil, hence people do not eat them even if they want to, keeping their health in mind. Oily food may taste delicious but it is also the root of many diseases. In such a situation, one has to struggle even to eat one's favorite things. But you can make samosas without oil also, so that neither oil will affect your health nor will you have to give up the desire to eat samosas. Today we are going to tell you the recipe of making Paneer Aloo Samosa without oil.

Ingredients to make Paneer-Potato Samosa

Flour – 3 cups

Paneer – 200 grams

Boiled potatoes – 2

Peas – 1/2 cup

Green chilli chopped – 2

Coriander powder – 1 tsp

Celery – 1 tsp

Ginger grated – 1 tsp

Garam masala – 1 tsp

Mango powder – 1/4 tsp

Cumin – 1 tsp

Red chilli – 1 tsp

green coriander finely chopped

Oil

Salt – as per taste

Step 1- To make Paneer-Potato Samosa, first knead the dough by adding flour, salt and a little water in a bowl. Keep in mind that the dough should neither be too hard nor too soft.

Step 2 – Now make the stuffing of samosas by mixing boiled potatoes, red chilli powder, chaat masala, coriander powder, garam masala and salt in a bowl.

Step 3 – Then make small balls of the dough you have kneaded.

Step 4 Now roll the dough like a puri and add one spoon of potato-cheese stuffing in it and fold it into a triangle shape like a samosa.

Step 5 – Place. To heat the pressure cooker on gas flame. Put salt in the cooker and place a mesh stand. Then close the cooker with a lid and cook for ten minutes.

Step 6 – Meanwhile grease the plate with ghee. – Apply light ghee on the samosa and keep it on a smooth plate at some distance.

Step 7- Remove the lid of the gas cooker, place the samosa plate on a mesh stand and cover it.

Step 8- Cook the samosas for about 15 to 15 minutes. 20 minutes. Let it cook in the cooker. Your oil free paneer aloo samosa is ready.
