These include a village named Chandameta. However, there are still many areas where education has not reached in a better way. As India is moving towards a developed country. Similarly, studying English has also become necessary. English was taught only in private schools with expensive fees. But Chhattisgarh government has also started English medium in government schools. Whose name is Swami Atmanand. In this way, changes are being seen in education in Bastar. How much has Bastar changed in health: Health facility is the biggest challenge in Bastar. Due to being a backward area, the people of Bastar are not getting better facilities. However, in these 24 years, the government has been making continuous efforts to increase the facilities. A medical college has been started to improve health facilities in Bastar. In which thousands of students study.

Besides, to provide quick health facilities in Bastar, 108 Sanjeevani Express, 102 Mahtari Express and Dial 112 have also been started. And in the interior areas where four-wheeler ambulances cannot reach. Bike ambulance facility has been provided for those areas. Construction of Super Specialty Hospital: People go to Raipur or Visakhapatnam of neighboring state Andhra Pradesh for treatment of major diseases in Bastar. But so that people can get treatment in Bastar itself, a super specialty hospital has been constructed in Dimrapal, Bastar. The hospital is currently incomplete. Due to which it could not be launched. There is a demand to start it soon in Bastar.

How much Bastar has changed in connectivity: In 24 years, construction of roads is going on continuously in all the seven districts of Bastar. Thousands of kilometers of roads have been constructed in the entire Bastar division. The most challenging roads in Bastar are Sukma-Konta, Dornapal-Jagargunda, Palli-Barsur, Narayanpur-Orchha, Bijapur-Basaguda, Jagdalpur-Sukma, Dantewada-Bijapur, Bijapur-Bhopalpatnam. Apart from this, construction of roads from block headquarters to gram panchayats has become possible. However, in the present situation, there are many villages which have not been connected even today. Even after 77 years of independence, roads have not reached the villagers in the interior areas. But the speed with which the government is carrying out road construction work in Bastar. From this it can be estimated that soon the villagers in the interior areas will get road facilities.

Construction of bridges and culverts in the interior areas. Construction of bridges and culverts: Large bridges and culverts have been constructed in Bastar. So that Bastar can be connected to the neighboring states. Among these, the bridge built on the Indravati river in Bhopalpatnam connects Maharashtra and Telangana. Also included is the bridge built in Chhindanar of Abujhmad. Many small and big bridges have been constructed in Bastar division. Bastar connected by air and rail: After a long time, Bastar got connected with air connectivity. Due to which now Bastar residents can travel to any state of the country by direct connecting flight. Alliance Air was started first. And now Indigo has started its service in Bastar. Which flies from Jagdalpur to Raipur and from Jagdalpur to Hyderabad. However, due to schedule, Indigo has stopped the service from Jagdalpur to Raipur. The public representatives and common citizens of Bastar have demanded to start it soon. Apart from this, Bastar is also connected with rail facility. Rail from Jagdalpur is connected to metropolitan cities like Visakhapatnam and Kolkata of the neighboring state of Andhra Pradesh. Apart from this, there has been a demand for a long time for Raoghat rail line to connect Bastar with the capital Raipur. Whose work has been completed 50 percent.

Progress has also been made in the field of tourism. How much Bastar has changed in the field of tourism: Nature has created the beauty of Bastar in detail. Many tourist places have been visited by tourists in Bastar in these 24 years. Earlier in Bastar, tourists used to visit only Tirathgarh, Chitrakot, Tamdraghumar, Mendrighumar and Kutumsar caves. But in these 24 years, many tourist areas have been found in Bastar. Thousands of tourists from India and abroad reach Bastar to see it. These include Handwara Falls, Jharalawa Falls, Phulpad Falls, Neelmasrai Falls, Nambi Falls, Pratapgiri Falls, Mandwa Falls, Bijakasa Falls, Topar Falls, Dandak Cave, Hari Cave, Many waterfalls and caves like Motherconta Cave, Kailash Cave, Michnar Hills Station are included.

Apart from this, to introduce people to the culture of Bastar, along with home stays, adventure tourism places like bamboo rafting, kayaking have also been started. Steel plant started in Bastar: Many minerals are found in the soil of Bastar. The best quality iron ore is available in these. For this, a big mining area has been built on the hills of Bailadila in Dantewada district. From where thousands of tons of iron ore comes out every day.

Inauguration of Nagarnar Steel Plant. In view of this, NMDC has started its steel plant at Nagarnar in Bastar district to produce steel in Bastar. Production from this steel plant has started in large quantities. The people of Bastar have also got a lot of employment due to the establishment of the steel plant.
