Katze Vegan & Vegetarian Restaurant in Hanoi ranked 13th and Hum Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City at 18th in a list of world’s top 25 vegetarian restaurants as voted by travelers on Tripadvisor.

Located on Hang Be Street, around 500 meters from Hoan Kiem (Sword) Lake, Katze features a small, cozy space decorated with not there (Vietnamese conical hats), a symbol of Vietnamese culture.

It operates from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., with prices ranging from VND100,000 to 200,000 (US$3.96-7.92) per person.
Hum Restaurant in HCMC offers an inviting atmosphere with an exquisite design and prides itself on crafting dishes using fresh vegetables, roots, and fruits.
Beyond Vietnamese cuisine, diners can enjoy modified renditions of dishes from various Asian countries.

The restaurant has three outlets: two at 32 and 34 Vo Van Tan Street in District 3, and another at 32 D10 Street in Thao Dien Ward, District 2. Prices start at VND120,000 (US$4.90).
Chia Vegan Kitchen in Peru topped the list, followed by Veggie Pause in Morocco.
The winners were selected based on the quality and quantity of traveler reviews and ratings posted on Tripadvisor between June 1, 2023, and May 31, 2024.
