Recipe: Spinach Corn curry will be ready instantly
Spinach – half kilo
Tomato- 4
Green chilli- 4
Ginger piece – 1 inch
Sweet Corn- 1 bowl
Onion- 1
Red chilli powder – half teaspoon
Turmeric powder- half teaspoon
Salt- 1 teaspoon
Cumin – half teaspoon
Coriander powder- 2 teaspoons
Step 1 :
First of all, prepare and keep the ingredients mentioned above. Then wash and cut the spinach and keep it to boil.
Step 2 :
First of all, cut tomatoes and put them in the mixer jar. Add green chilli, ginger and onion to it and grind it well.
Step 3 :
Then add cumin seeds, tomato, onion, turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder and coriander powder and let the tomato gravy cook well.
Step 4 :
Now grind that spinach in a mixer. Now put that ground spinach in tomato gravy.
Step 5 :
Now wash the sweet corn thoroughly and boil it in hot water for 5 minutes. Now filter it.
Step 6 :
Now add the sweet corn to the gravy and let the vegetable cook for half an hour. Then now sweet corn palak is ready and serve it.
