America asked for help from China, handed over the responsibility of convincing Putin to Xi Jinping

Washington: Conflict continues in Ukraine and Russia. Now North Korea is also supporting Russia. Seeing this, America has sought help from China. Thousands of troops have been sent by North Korea to Russia to help in its war against Ukraine. The US and South Korea have urged China to use its influence on Moscow and Pyongyang. So that stress can be prevented from increasing. At present, China has still maintained silence on these developments.

Earlier this week, three top US diplomats met with China's ambassador to the US, a US State Department official said on condition of anonymity. In which American concerns were emphasized and China was requested to use its influence to reduce cooperation between North Korea and Russia.

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken said on Thursday that the two sides had substantive talks this week. China is well aware of these expectations of America. That they will use their influence to curb these activities.

China's position clear on Ukraine crisis

But I think this is a demand not only from us but also from other countries around the world, Blinken said at a press conference in Washington with Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin and his South Korean counterparts. Liu Pengyu, a spokesman for the Chinese Embassy in Washington, said in a statement that China's position on the Ukraine crisis is logical and clear.

Kremlin preparing for war against Ukraine

Liu said China's efforts for a political solution to the Ukraine crisis and peace talks are continuing. This stance has remained consistent. China will make every possible effort to play a constructive role in this direction. US says 8 000 North Korean troops are in Russia near the border with Ukraine. There is also a fear that Russia and North Korea are preparing to help the Kremlin in the fight against Ukrainian troops in the coming days.

There was no response from China

However, China has not yet commented publicly on this step of Russia and North Korea. China has established an unlimited partnership with Russia. It has also been a major ally of North Korea. But experts say Beijing would probably not accept a closer military partnership between Russia and North Korea. Because he considers it to create instability in the region.
