Maruti Suzuki's lottery, huge sales last month
New Delhi : Motor manufacturing company Maruti Suzuki India, one of the largest companies in the automobile sector, has released its last month's figures. According to the information, it has been learned that the sales of Maruti Suzuki India in the month of October have registered the highest growth till date. It is being told that in this month, Maruti Suzuki India has sold approximately 2,06,434 units.
On the basis of these figures, it has been found that the company has achieved an increase in sales this time as compared to October 2023. More than 4 percent this month compared to last year
There have been sales of 2,06,434 units. According to the information, this figure was 1,99,217 units last year.
5 percent sales decreased
Maruti Suzuki India i.e. MSI has said in the statement that the total sales of public utility vehicles last month declined by 5 percent to 1,59,591 units, whereas in the same month last year it was 1,68,047 units.
This month's figures
Sales of small cars including Alto and S-Presso have declined from 14,568 units to 10,687 units in October 2023. Sales of compact cars including Dezire, Ignis, Swift, Baleno, Celerio, Tour S and WagonR declined to 65,948 units from 80,662 units in the same month a year ago. Sales of utility vehicles including Ertiga, Brezza, Grand Vitara and XL6 stood at 70,644 units last month, compared to 59,147 units in the previous month.

This many units were exported
Van Eeco sales stood at 11,653 units last month, compared to 12,975 units in the same month last year, while sales of light commercial vehicle Super Carry have declined from 3,894 units to 3,539 units. MSI has said that its exports in October stood at 33,168 units, whereas last year in the same month, 21,951 units were exported.
The company benefited
The quarterly results of the country's automobile company Maruti Suzuki have also come out a few days ago, on the basis of which it has been revealed that the company's profit in the second quarter of the financial year 2024-25 i.e. from July to September was Rs 3,069 crore. If we talk about annual basis, it has decreased by 17 percent. The company had made a profit of Rs 3717 crore in the same quarter a year ago.
